Please change the Privacy level of Internet properties first. The privacy settings might block the third-party cookies. Please change the privacy setting to medium or lower level. The following steps are suggested by the Help of Windows.
1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options.
3. Click the Privacy tab.
4. Scroll down the left bar to medium or lower level.
5. Click OK to confirm that you want to make the change.
